Stylized Organ Mimic

For the last two project weeks this semester, I decided to combine two different modules. In the first week, I designed a concept for a heavily stylized organ mimic in 2D which I converted to 3D on the following week.
The basic idea behind my design was to combine an organ mostly with different kinds of animals, primarily spiders and different kinds of marine animals, using the organ pipes and keys as corresponding body parts, f.ex. legs, eyestalks, teeth or pincers.
In the end, I picked a combination of the first three designs. It has the best blend between the underlying animal and an organ as both are still perfectly recognizable. Due to the oversize of certain pipes and keys, they're very conspicuous, providing a good opportunity for potential weak spots.
As a boss enemy, it would fit into a 3D platformer such as Super Mario Odyssey or A Hat in Time. There, it could probably be the boss of a ghostly level, f.ex. an abandoned church or concert hall.

As mentioned in my upload from last week, I've recreated my concept in 3D as my last project for bib this semester. This is also my first attempt at handpainting textures.
I rendered the wireframe using 3ds Max instead of Blender. The other images are rendered in Blender.
